Version 0.1 (beta)
Terms of use
Effective 21 July 2026
These terms apply to the Clinly service. Clinly is the product name. Questions can be sent to support@clinly.ai. The service remains in beta and these terms require external legal review before launch.
Who may use Clinly
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and be legally able to accept these terms. Clinical marketplace features are intended for appropriately qualified professionals acting within their competence and professional obligations. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
Clinical responsibility
Clinly provides a marketplace and collaboration workspace. It does not provide medical or dental care, make diagnoses or replace a clinician's independent judgement. The treating clinician remains responsible for patient care, consent, records and decisions. Experts remain responsible for the guidance they provide.
Expert verification
A verified badge means Clinly has recorded the identity and professional-registration evidence required by the current verification process. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of competence, guarantee of any individual opinion, or transfer of clinical responsibility to Clinly. Verification may be reviewed or revoked when evidence changes.
Patient and confidential information
Only upload information you are authorised to share. Use the minimum necessary information, remove direct identifiers where appropriate, and follow your professional, organisational and legal duties. Do not use ordinary direct messages for patient case content. You grant Clinly and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit content for the features you choose.
Marketplace, payments and cancellations
Experts control their service descriptions, availability and professional guidance. Prices, fees, cancellation terms and payment status are shown in the relevant checkout or workspace. Stripe processes payment and payout services. Any refund or payout remains subject to the displayed marketplace workflow and applicable law.
AI-assisted features
AI features are assistive tools for matching, summarising and drafting. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified user. They are not autonomous diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Do not rely on an AI output where professional review is required.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person, misstate credentials or misuse a verified badge.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious or unauthorised content or try to bypass access controls.
- Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer or use the service to harm another person.
- Do not use Clinly for emergencies or where immediate clinical intervention is required.
Account controls
You may hide an expert profile, pause optional communications or deactivate an account from Settings. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Data export and erasure requests are separate from deactivation; some records may be retained where the law, clinical continuity, disputes or legal claims require it.
Service availability and liability
Clinly is a beta service and may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any further warranties, liability limits, governing law and dispute provisions must be confirmed through external legal review before launch rather than assumed here.
Changes
We will update the version and effective date when these terms change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Continuing to use Clinly after an applicable change means the updated terms apply, subject to your legal rights.
